- Regular glass - 2mm thickness. The most common and affordable glazing option.
- Non-Glare glass - also a 2mm glass, but with an acid etching on the viewing face to reduce reflection and glare.
- Conservation glass - a 2.5mm glass with a clear UV protective coating on the inner face that blocks 98% of the harmful UV rays that can cause fading. Available in regular or non-glare.
- Museum or Den glass - a virtually invisible 2.5mm glass. Most commonly used by art galleries and museums. Requires special handling and cleaning.
- Convex glass - generally refered to as "bubble glass".Often found on antique oval photos and certain shadow box designs.
- Plexiglass - an 1/8" acrylic that is 40% lighter in weight than standar glass. Available in regular or non-glare and both styles offer the coice of UV protection.
